The Polaris Ranger Crew Roof is constructed from .08" thick polished Tread Brite Aluminum - most standard truck toolboxes are only .063" aluminum!

The roof is then coated with Line-X using a 3-step process.

The roof is sandblasted to provide a clean, rough surface for the liner to adhere. Line-X is then sprayed 1/16" thick, covering the exterior and forming a permanent bond that is nearly impossible to remove.

While the Line-X is still curing, a DuPont Kevlar coating is applied. The XTRA coating is then applied, and is specially formulated to chemically bond into one color composite urethane coat.

Designed to blend with the Ranger Crew styling - looks like a factory option!

Unique rain channel keeps you dry and adds significantly more weather protection than other UTV roofs.

The aluminum roof mounts in minutes using existing mounting points. NO DRILLING ON YOUR RANGER CREW!
