Polaris RZR Door Set - Plastic Hinged
Protect yourself and your passenger from mud & trail debris with these Plastic doors. Made in the USA from half-inch thick Starboard... they are very strong & durable. Starboard is used in many marine applications such as floors in boats, etc. They feature lift-off hinges, which allow you to easily remove the front part & clean your RZR. A slam latch secures the doors closed.
The hinges are black-plated Zinc and have stainless steel pins. The mounting hardware is rust resistant black-oxide stainless steel.
Easy - Hassle free installation takes roughly 1 hour. Door Sets do require drilling one hole using the door as a template. Once installed they do require minor modification of your side bar. You will have to bend your side bar next to your seat in about a half inch. All mounting hardware is included.
This is an inexpensive alternative to other more costly metal door systems. This affordable solution still provides the protection you are looking for in a set of doors.
Filling your gas tank involves removing the passenger seat to access the tank from the inside.
