Thunderhawk Performance offers this chassis-mounted heat shield to protect the plastic cabin wall behind the seat from melting or deforming due to excessive exhaust and engine heat. Many people have experienced this problem, especially when the Polaris RZR is run wide-open for extended periods of time. If you've added an aftermarket exhaust system, this problem may also occur. We recommend this chassis-mounted heat shield for all Polaris RZR's.

The Thunderhawk Performance chassis-mounted heat shield installs easily in about 10 minutes. Simply hold this heat shield in place and attach it to the frame with the supplied self-drilling screws. Illustrated instructions are included. Made in USA.
