Warranty / Return / Refund Policy

+PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable - This includes promotional FREE SHIPPING, Discounted Shipping Costs or items with Shipping Included in the price.

Mammoth Designs Inc. accessories come with a full 1 year manufacturer's warranty against defects in material & workmanship! Please visit Mammoth Designs Warranty Page for further details.(Opened Items Subject to a 20% Restocking Fee if returned). All Mammoth Designs accessories in need of warranty repair/replacement must be accompanied by a Return Authorization # from Mammoth Designs and must be shipped to Mammoth Designs Inc. All windshields are NON-REFUNDABLE once the protective coating has been removed

GR Manufacturing accessories come with a 90 day manufacturer's warranty. (Subject to 15% restocking charge if you return the item) Please contact GR Mfg for more details on the warranty & return policy. All windshields are NON-REFUNDABLE once the protective coating has been removed

Great Day Inc returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (contact Great Day Inc. for specific warranty & return policy.) All Great Day accessories must be accompanied by a Return Authorization # from Great Day, and must be returned to Great Day Inc

Greene Mountain returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products are warranteed to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage to products as a result of misuse, accident, or improper handling of the original shipping carton. Scrapes, tears, cuts, or other damage imposed after delivery will not be accepted for return.  No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization # issued by Greene Mountain. All windshields are NON-REFUNDABLE once the protective coating has been removed

CamoClad Adhesive Wraps - All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are NOT refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Extreme Metal Products (EMP) - Please note we do not accept returns for any reason except for products that are defective upon receipt. If, under our sole discretion, an item is accepted for return for reasons other than defect, the item is subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%.  Please note that you must return the product to us within 14 days after you receive the item. Please include all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product and make sure it is packaged to avoid damage. Please note that damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused for return.  Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.  All windshields are NON-REFUNDABLE once the protective coating has been removed.

Customer satisfaction is the #1 driving force @ 4x4 UTV Accessories.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us so we can resolve the issue. You will receive a refund for your purchase ( less shipping costs & applicable restocking fees ) if the item is returned in new, resellable condition. We do not process returns on items that are damaged as a result of misuse, improper installation, customization, excessive abuse. Any item that is returned without proper return authorization will be sent back to the customer (at the customer's expense).

REFUND INFORMATION
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. All returns/refunds are processed as soon as all of the conditions listed above have been met by the customer. Please note that certain returns are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  The time required for fund reimbursement varies by financial institution so please check with your bank or credit card provider for further details.

Shipping Delivery Method & Timing

Mammoth Desings Inc accessories will be shipped via UPS ground to the lower 48 States, unless specified. Please allow 1-2 weeks for completion of your unit, as all items are handmade & inspected prior to leaving the facility.

GR Manufacturing accessories ship via freight. Items must ship to a commercial address to receive free shipping on GR MFG products. GR MFG Hard Tops can only be shipped to an address in the Lower 48 United States. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ON GR MFG PRODUCTS.

Seizmik Inc accessories ship via UPS ground. Shipping & Delivery time will vary depending on product availability. Please contact us regarding international shipments.

No warranty of any kind is provided by Tractor Tunes unless your Mobile Audio Console  was purchased from an authorized distributor or authorized reseller.(4x4 UTV Accessories is an original onine authorized distributor for Tractor Tunes complete line of audio gear.)

Product Defects: Tractor Tunes warrants, to the original purchaser, that the Mobile Audio Console product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. Purchaser? sole remedy for product defects under this warranty is repair or replacement of the product.

Tractor Tunes may elect which remedy to provide, repair or replacement of the product, in its sole discretion. No repair or replacement of the product will be provided unless the defective product and proof of purchase are brought to an authorized dealer or distributor for a return authorization. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation or misuse of the product.

Original Stereo Manufacturer's Warranty: To the extent that use of this product may void the original manufacturer's warranty on internal parts, Tractor Tunes warrants the internal parts against harm derived from the use of this product. Only stereos provided with the original purchase of the Mobile Audio Console shall be covered under this warranty. The Mobile Audio Console must first be brought to a repair center authorized by Tractor Tunes, and a determination must be made that the damage was directly caused by malfunction of the Mobile Audio Console or the provided stereo system. Tractor Tune's sole liability under this section of the Limited Warranty shall be repair or replacement of the damaged components.

Recovery under this section 2. of the Limited Warranty is limited to stereos which have been installed by the purchaser or a Tractor Tunes-Authorized Dealer/Installer. Failure to have the Mobile Audio Console installed by a factory authorized dealer/installer and/or failure to follow installation and activation procedures of the product voids this Limited Warranty.

No Consequential or Other Damages: Tractor Tunes has no liability for general, consequential, incidental or special damages. These include loss of wages, loss of profits, cost of installation or removal of any product, towing, inspection or testing caused by any defect, or by the repair or replacement of a defect in any product.
